How To Use The Dianetics

Using Dianetics Spiritual Healing Technology is simple.

There are three main ways in which you can do the procedures given in Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health.

1. Read the book, watch the video and apply the techniques there, right at home.
2. Come in to one of our centres, attend one of our seminars and apply the techniques under supervision.
3. Get a Dianetics professional to apply the technique to you at one of our centres or in your home.

Of course, you can do all three. Dianetics auditing is simple to do and there is no reason why you can’t do it in the comfort of your own home. On the following pages you will find a description of each of the above methods so you can choose the one that is best. Of course, if you are not sure, you can contact one of our staff who can just talk with you and work out which method would be best for you. Or just buy the book and DVD online and get it shipped to your home and start with #1. If you run into any difficulty, you can always come in to the centre and participate in one of our seminars or receive professional auditing.
